University of the Arts London is a diverse and creative community of 24,000 full and part-time students from over 100 countries in six locations, with the Chelsea College of Art and design based at Millbank in London.
The Russell Partnership were commissioned to undertake a feasibility study into the viability of developing a Conference Centre at Millbank. This included:
Competitor analysis within the local area and the National marketplace; a complete customer & market analysis; a venue analysis and the development of a marketing strategy.
A full investment analysis was also carried out to establish staff costs, equipment and IT systems, set up costs, ongoing operations costs and a return on investment analysis.
The ideal conference office structure was detailed and personnel profiles, duties and responsibilities were created.
The report and strategy outcomes were fully approved by the London Institute.
