FruitWe have been inundated with interest and queries about our new Nutritional Consultancy service and recognise that this is unfamiliar territory for some chefs and catering managers. This blog is therefore designed to be a practical support service offering direct advice exclusively to our clients from me, Fiona McDonald Joyce, the Russell Partnership’s Senior Nutrition Consultant. This is your chance to pick my brains about nutrition, and find out how it applies to your kitchens and menus. Do please feel free to send in your questions and I will endeavour to answer as many as I can on Thursday mornings, between 10.30 and 11.30am (unfortunately I may not always be able to answer them all).
