Multy Seeded Bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon

Ingredients (@ quantity):

Multy Seeded Bagel @ 1;
wild Rocket @ 25gr;
Low fat Cream Cheese @ 25gr;
Smoked Salmon Sliced @ 50gr;
Shiso herbs/micro herbs or Mustard Cress @ 1/4 packet;
lemon, juice only @ 1/4;

Method:

Pre-bake the Bagel and cut in half. Spread with low fat cream cheese on both sides.place the washed and pat dried Rocket onto the Bagel base, cover with smoked salmon and sprinkle with the shiso herbs over. Squeeze the lemon juice overit and place the bagel lid on to. Bon Apetite
