The Partnership was commissioned to develop the Global Guidelines for the United Nations Food Service Procurement.
The process included interviewing regional duty stations to understand current country practice, establishing global best practice, regulations and roles, developing a background guideline document and creating the Food Service Guidelines. Our work continues as Food Advisors and Catering Consultants to the UN for the implementation and delivery of the UN Vision.
