Working alongside the Open University for the last 15 years, the Partnership has been responsible for the delivery of an estate wide catering strategy and ultimately the specification and catering tender. The strategy has resulted in a cohesive catering plan giving significant operational savings whilst improving the quality and delivery of the food offer. As a direct result of the strategic work, the University undertook a £7m redevelopment of its main food hub and central production kitchen. The Partnership delivered the business plan and design services - our relationship continues.
