AMWAJ Catering Services was established to meet the increasing demand for high quality and professional services in Qatar, AMWAJ’s aim is to be the leading hospitality and facilities services provider setting global benchmarks, to take Qatar’s catering industry to a higher level.

The AMWAJ board commissioned the Russell Partnership to establish, mobilise and support their business to be a modern and progressive commercial hospitality and facilities service. The strategic and operational development was carried out in partnership with KPMG.

The Partnership services utilised throughout the project were strategic and operational evaluation, mentoring of key operational team and Interim support, detailed assessments for all catering units within the Operations Managers, contract implementation planning and operational standard templates to formalise AMWAJ’s future working practices, development of modular training programmes for operational teams and menu engineering workshops for all Senior Managers.
