We are currently retained as the food and beverage, hospitality and food legacy consultants to manage the project through it’s operational period and into the legacy phase. 

Expo 2020 Dubai is projected to attract 25.2 million visits spanning 173 days, and house 200+ food and beverage outlets serving 51 million meals. Russell Partnership Consulting were responsible for: the creation of the food and beverage strategy, hospitality strategy and legacy strategy for Expo 2020 Dubai and District 2020; visitor profiles, space and financial modelling on which 200+ concepts of operation are based; food procurement, sustainability, packaging, hygiene, signage and fit out requirements.
