University of Birmingham is ranked in the top 1% of Universities across the globe. The new purpose-built, 50,000m2 campus is located within Dubai International Academic City. The facilities will provide an academic home for up to 4,500 students and 300 staff.
Russell Partnership Consulting were engaged by University of Birmingham Dubai to build an overarching catering strategy; with modern catering and hospitality services and facilities for staff, students and visitors to the University, ensuring that key stakeholders were engaged, and complimentary offerings were delivered to the diverse customer base.
The overreaching project vision is the facility will offer a contemporary Food and Beverage provision and hospitality catering services within a large central hub restaurant, café and events spaces.
The project is due to complete in September 2021
