Chandon Estates operate over 1000 acres in three appellations in California. The étoile restaurant is the only fine dining restaurant within a winery in the Napa Valley. The Partnership was commissioned to establish the market position, offer, approach and delivery style for the étoile.
The process included face to face customer research, market analysis, financial modelling, team and structure evaluation and restructuring, product sourcing and evaluation, environment recommendations and implementation support.
We are delighted the restaurant was awarded one Michelin Star in the 2010 guide.
