With a background in Retail and Catering Operational Management, HR Recruitment and a number of years as a senior Human Resources professional, Caroline brings a broad range of skills and experience to Russell Partnership Consulting. She has worked with the partnership for almost 10 years, supporting both Higher Education, Leisure and Business & Industry clients across a diverse range of projects, including support for Catering Tenders, team re-structures and re-skilling, developing and auditing Key Performance Indicators and general project support.
Her experience within the partnership has led to a breadth of knowledge across a range of areas including contract management, tender process, HR & resourcing, learning and development, commercial analysis and driving operational performance. Caroline works closely with her clients to understand the culture within an organisation and develop solutions to support values and drive business efficiency.
Caroline originally gained a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Business Management, followed by Grad CIPD and spent her early career as a Catering Manager with one of the country’s leading Outdoor Event Catering companies. She subsequently followed this with Operational Catering Management and HR roles within Higher Education and the Retail sector and spent several years developing a start-up HR Recruitment business, as part of a sales led, global recruitment consultancy.
