Hjalte has been working with Russell Partnership Technology since 2018 as an associate trainer delivering simulation training courses. He has worked with a wide variety of companies in the industry, from restaurants and bars to events and hotels. Now based in Denmark, he teaches for University College Lillebaelt, where he teaches in Hotel and Revenue Management, implementing the HOTS simulations with his students on both AP and BA levels, alongside working as the Area Consultant in Denmark for the research organisation EuroCHRIE and the local manager of their HOSCO platform. Hjalte also facilitates the yearly EM Cup participation for the university and manages the local industry alumni and business network.
Hjalte works with a big focus on developing international platforms, relations and collaborations across the industry, for the gain of the students and the industry, always ready to deliver the next course.
