Gemma joined the Russell Partnership Collection in 2012 as Office Manager and Assistant to the Managing Director. Gemma currently leads the Business Support team and provides administrative and project support across the Russell Partnership Collection.

Gemma’s additional roles within the business include IT support and office management. Since graduating in 2002 with a BA honours in Tourism Management from Swansea Metropolitan University, Gemma has worked as a project manager in a variety of different and challenging organisations within the education and training sector.

Her past roles include global e-learning development, global product launch and delivery of a range of IT vocational programmes. Gemma has an advanced diploma in Using Information Technology and a BTEC Professional Development Certificate in Management Studies.
