The American School of Dubai is an independent, US curriculum, Pre-K-12, international school that delivers education and learning experiences designed to promote the maximum potential of its students.
Russell Partnership Collection were engaged by The American School of Dubai to deliver a feasibility study to allow the school to play a pivotal part in the food planning and delivery of the food service system, including the introduction of a school chef program that supports health and sustainability best practices in all aspects.
Russell Partnership Collection provided key deliverables which enhance student engagement through interior design and a re-organisation of their cafeteria spaces, including a detailed plan for fixed asset resources. We evaluated and recommended a food service program, including conceptualising the in-house chef and staffing needs, as well as proposing alternative solutions to deliver the necessary impact and required outcome to meet the school’s nutritional, engagement and sustainability objectives.
