The AMWAJ board commissioned Russell Partnership Collection to establish, mobilise and support their business to be a modern and progressive commercial hospitality and facilities service. The strategic and operational development was carried out in partnership with KPMG.
Russell Partnership Collection’s services utilised throughout the project were: strategic and operational evaluation, mentoring of key operational team and interim support, detailed assessments for all catering units within the Operations Manager, contract implementation planning and operational standard templates to formalise AMWAJ’s future working practices, development of modular training programmes for operational teams and menu engineering workshops for all Senior Managers.
