University of Birmingham Dubai is located on a new purpose-built, 50,000m² campus within Dubai International Academic City. The facilities will provide an academic home for up to 4,500 students and 300 staff.
Russell Partnership Consulting were engaged by the University to build an overarching catering strategy with modern catering and hospitality services and facilities for staff, students and visitors to the University, ensuring that key stakeholders are engaged, and complimentary offerings are delivered to its diverse customer base.
The overreaching project vision is the facility will offer a contemporary food and beverage provision and complementary hospitality catering services within a large central hub of restaurant, café and events spaces.
The project was officially opened in April 2022.
