The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Formula One motor racing event took place for the first time in 2021 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Russell Partnership Collection were commissioned to assess the food and beverage operating capabilities and deliver management oversight of the catering and the cleaning and waste operations for the F1 VIP after race party for 7,000 guests in 2022.
We delivered the KPIs for monitoring the caterer and the cleaning and waste operations which included: employee safe food handling and hygiene, employee orientation, facility and equipment, food delivery and storage, food service, drinks service, FOH and BOH cleaning & waste, food safety & HACCP monitoring, and specific brand service delivery.
Russell Partnership Collection’s management and KPIs led to an improved experience for VIP customers and increased revenues from visitor spending.
