Greg has a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Starting as a Unit Manager for Elior, he quickly demonstrated his talent and dedication, earning him the opportunity to serve as a Development Chef for the same organisation.

Driven by his culinary vision, Greg took the leap to become an Executive Chef for Sodexo UK. Following this and fuelled by a desire to forge his own path, he established his own business of Silva Service Catering Ltd. Greg is now an Associate Consultant and Chef with Russell Partnership Collection.
