Silverstone Motor Racing Circuit hosts the British Grand Prix and welcomes over 1 million customers each year. In 2011, Silverstone built a state-of-the-art conference, banqueting and exhibition venue to complement its motor racing offer.

Russell Partnership Collection was asked to assess the catering business operating capabilities, forecast the potential revenue opportunities and consider optimum operating costs for its commercial business partners. Whilst understanding that Silverstone’s strategy around public catering included a move away from temporary mobile catering to a more fixed site public catering offer.
