We have enjoyed over a decade of service to the University of Sussex and commissions have included,
PHASE 1
The Russell Partnership were appointed by Sussex to assist the University in developing a long-term catering strategy and selecting a suitable catering deliver partner. The partnerships knowledge of the marketplace and expertise in leading commercial tendering processes and creating effective food strategies were essential in meeting the University objectives.
PHASE 2
The second Phase of RP’s commission led by Laurence was to create an activation plan and to implement it in partnership with the Sussex team. Key support from RP included mobilisation of the project to deliver a smooth transition including building an effective team, developing a conference and events strategy and implementing KPI’s to support the ongoing success of the food experience.
