Head of Nutrition
Charlotte works as the representative of the Chairman and Head of Nutrition across the Collection and for Therme RPC, our joint venture with Therme Group, managing our team of Nutritionists and wellbeing experts, supporting projects and new service innovations. Charlotte is a fully insured, practising Nutritional Therapist and is available to consult 1-2-1 with members of the public upon request.
Charlotte earned her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. She is undertaking her Masters’s in Clinical Nutrition with the University of Aberdeen to become an AfN Registered Nutritionist. She is registered with BANT and the CNHC. Charlotte is one of 30 fully qualified Nutritional Therapists with Functional Medicine Practitioner Certification (IFMCP) in the UK. Charlotte joined Russell Partnership Collection in 2012 and, through this time, has worked in a range of roles, broadening her understanding of the hospitality consulting landscape. From business support to innovations team, programme manager at the Rugby World Cup 2015 to creative lead – Charlotte’s deep knowledge of the business’ values and operating structure can be seen in her involvement throughout many aspects of the business.
Charlotte holds professional grade skills in Adobe InDesign and qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 2016. Charlotte also has qualifications in Performance Coaching and was a mentor for online work experience students at the Centre for Nutrition Education & Lifestyle Management for six years.
