Operational Senior Consultant
Sue is an experienced hospitality professional, with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. After graduating with a degree in Catering Business Systems, Sue developed a management career within the realm of food and beverage management, latterly in the event industry with roles at the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Rugby World Cups as well as Wembley, Emirates and London Stadia.
After leaving the corporate world, Sue set up her own consultancy business and has worked with many global event organisations to help plan and deliver their food and beverage provision and hospitality programmes.
Since joining the Partnership, Sue has worked closely with the team leading the food and beverage provision in Dubai for Expo 2020, as well as leading venues and events within the UK. Sue has developed documentation for the procurement of caterers and been part of the evaluation and selection panels as well as creating food strategies and the approach to food and beverage delivery for global events.
