Darren has over 30 years of experience within the hospitality, live events, retail and hotel industry. He has worked in partnership with leading organisations within the UK, Middle East, Australia, Bermuda, The Caribbean & USA.

Having worked in a number of capacities from General Manager, Regional Manager, F&B Operations Manager, Head of Brand Standards, Director of Dining & Retail and more recently as Commercial Director, Managing Director and Head of Brand Development – Darren’s experience ensures that projects deliver commercially viable solutions.

Darren’s passion for great food and service together with his operational skill and experience across the sector is invaluable in his consulting input throughout the Middle East.

Darren is based in Dubai where he heads up our office and the local team. He leads all our business development within the GCC region and has delivered strategic projects for Expo 2020 Dubai, ADNEC, University of Birmingham, American School of Dubai, Netflix, as well as a number of high-profile projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Saudi Central Bank, MDLBEAST Soundstorm, Formula 1 and working with many local hospitality companies.
