Jessica is a fully qualified, BANT and CNHC- registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist with a degree in Nutritional Therapy from University of West London.
Before working as a Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist, Jessica worked in hospitality for near a decade and holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from TAFE Sydney. With her extensive background in the hospitality industry, having worked in a wide range of food businesses worldwide, including catering companies and smaller food businesses, to high-end hotels and restaurants, Jessica has a deep understanding of how food businesses operate.
Jessica has a true passion for food and nutrition and with her scientific knowledge in combination with creativity, a background in hospitality and an understanding of the day-to-day running of food businesses, she recognizes the importance of maintaining core values of organisations whilst implementing nutritional strategies and she also has experience in recipe- and menu development as well as food photography.
In addition, Jessica holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and has been involved in conducting her own research study and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Psychology and Integrative Health Science.
Jessica continues her learning in the field of nutrition and Functional Medicine and has completed a postgraduate course in sports nutrition as well as courses in disordered eating with the National Centre for Eating disorders.
Jessica runs a private nutritional therapy clinic in South London where she works with clients on a one-on-one basis, using an integrated approach, combining her knowledge in nutrition, functional medicine and health psychology.
